Here is our family meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and fruit and veggies. Breakfast is in orange and dinner in blue. Links for some recipes are provided.

|Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken (I will be making two chickens)with roasted red potatoes, beets, and broccoli(save bones for overnight broth)||Lettuce Wraps with Herbed Chicken Salad and Pecans (I will be using walnuts)using leftover chickenBean and Barley Arugula Salad watermelon slices||Crunchy Grass-fed Beef Tacos with Cuban style black beans
