Real Food Meal Plan: June 3rd-8th

The average person is still under the aberrant delusion that food should be somebody else responsibility until I'm ready to eat it.

Here is our family meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and fruit and veggies. Breakfast is in orange and dinner in blue. Links for some recipes are provided.

Fried Eggs and Almond Flour Banana Bread  (make ahead) with real butterkiwi and mangos Soaked oatmeal with bananas and berries and chopped with raw honey on top and raw milk Omelet with cherry tomatoes,  green onions and cheese with toast, real butter with peaches halved
Homemade Granola with raw milk banana slices and berries. cantaloupe slices on side
Beets and Berry Smoothie homemade Good Morning Breakfast Burritos Banana-Walnut French Toast

Scrambled Eggs with pastured bacon and Basic Soaked Scones with homemade strawberry jam

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken (I will be making two chickens)with roasted red potatoes, beets, and broccoli(save bones for overnight broth) Lettuce Wraps with Herbed Chicken Salad and Pecans (I will be using walnuts)using leftover chickenBean and Barley Arugula Salad watermelon slices Crunchy Grass-fed Beef Tacos with Cuban style black beans

Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini Noodles with roasted asparagus Homemade Pizza Rollups roll out dough and topped with spianch, mozzarella, red onions, and peppers, rollup, slice, and bake, serve with pizza sauce on side for dippingGreen salad homemade dressing Lentil Soup (use chicken broth from Monday) and add swiss chard with fresh bread Green Salad and homemade dressing Cauliflower Fried Rice with sauteed greens with kale and swiss chard

Snacks this week: Peanut butter granola bars, homemade yogurt fruit smoothies, cucumber and carrot slices with homemade hummus (recipe coming), apples and grapes.

Treat this week: Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches!!
