Here is our family meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and salads and fruit and veggies. Breakfast is in orange and dinner in blue. Links for some recipes are provided.

Scrambled Eggs with blueberry muffins and Kiwi and strawberries Soaked Oatmeal  with real butter, raw milk, raw honey, Berries and chopped bananas Omelet with cheese, green onions, and tomatoes, cantaloupe, and toast with homemade strawberry jam

Homemade Granola with raw milk and chopped bananas and blueberries
Smoothie: berries, peaches, apple juice, spinach, flax, yogurt, and bananawith toast and real butter Soaked Pancakes
blueberries and chopped walnuts on top with real butter and pure maple syrup
Paleo-Beakfast Bars fried eggs

Hamburgers stuffed with feta cheese and spinach (recipe coming). We had these last week and my husband fell in love!on sprouted Ezekial   Buns with roasted aspargaus Tuna melts (tuna mixed with mayo and Dijon Mustard with celery and red onions topped on a piece of sourdough bread and cheese and grilled) watermelon slices Chipotle Barbacoa Tacoswith homemade guacamole, raw sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, and lettuce.Fruit salad Lasagna Roll ups (recipe coming) packed with broccoli and spinachhomemade spaghetti sauce,Green salad homemade dressing Homemade Pizza and pizza sauce  with fresh chopped tomatoes and fresh basil watermelon slicesGreen salad homemade dressing Lentil Soup (use chicken broth from freezer) add swiss chard with mashed cauliflower salad

Slow and Delicious Slow Cooker Pork Loin with steamed carrots and collard greens

Snacks this week:  Lara barsfruit: apples, oranges, grapes, kiwis, cantaloupe, and cherries, Mary Gone Crackers with cheese, green smoothies, popcorn with coconut oil or butter and real salt (made with our popcorn popper),

Treat this week: Fresh Strawberry Yogurt Pops
