I don’t think Okra is a listed ingredient in the Jambalaya, though that recipe sounds awesome!
Hey Ginny, That’s too funny. You know, I make that recipe every summer and always add 1 cup of okra to the recipe. I think I’ve made it so many times with that adjustment that I just assume it’s part of the recipe ;). Well, I recommend adding a cup of okra when cooking the veggies. Thanks for catching that.
