  1. Thank you for putting together and compiling healthy recipes! Ive been eating a lot of low carb veggies the past weeks and Im running out of ideas on how and what to cook so thanks for this!

    1. Hey Ginny, That’s too funny. You know, I make that recipe every summer and always add 1 cup of okra to the recipe. I think I’ve made it so many times with that adjustment that I just assume it’s part of the recipe ;). Well, I recommend adding a cup of okra when cooking the veggies. Thanks for catching that.
