Real Food Meal Plan: June 24-30

Here is our family meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and salads and fruit and veggies. Links for some recipes are provided.

Scrambled Eggs with
soaked waffles and Kiwi and strawberries
Soaked Oatmeal with real butter, raw milk, raw honey, Berries and chopped bananas Baked Eggs and Creamy Leeks and Chard with cantaloupe and raspberries, and toast with homemade strawberry jam Homemade Granola with
homemade yogurt and chopped strawberries and blueberries sprinkled with ground flax
Smoothie: Coconut Green Smoothie Use homemade yogurt with toast and real butter Banana walnut French Toast with blueberries and top with real butter and pure maple syrup Coffee Cake fried eggs

Chicken and Rice (Roast two chickens one for lunches and one for dinner) Big Green Salad with lots of veggies and feta cheese with
homemade dressing
Baked Eggs with Spinach and Bacon and corn bread
watermelon slices
Nachos topped with ground beef and fixings:
with homemade guacamole, raw sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes sauteed greens

broccoli and green beans
Homemade Pizza and pizza sauce topped with grilled zucchini, tomatoes, and mushrooms kale chips use real salt Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup and bacon salad

Macaroni and Cheese with collards and mushrooms with roasted carrots

Treat this week: Homemade Strawberry Ice cream…this stuff is addictive folks!Snacks this week: fruit: apples, oranges, grapes, kiwis, pineapple, homemade hummus with homemade naan and cucumbers, Mango salsa and GMO-free organic tortilla chips, green smoothies made with homemade yogurt, popcorn with coconut oil or butter and real salt (made with our popcorn popper).
