Here is our family’s meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and fruit and veggies. Breakfast is in orange and dinner in blue. Links for some recipes are provided.

Scrambled Eggs
Sprouted Breakfast Muffins

Soaked oatmeal with bananas and berries with raw honey on top and raw milk Cheese omelet with Soaked Oatmeal Bars
Kiwi slices
Homemade Maple Granola with homemade yogurt or raw milk and blueberries.

Orange slices on side

Creamy Banana Cacao and Chia Smoothie

Toast with real butter

Waffles
with pure maple syrup and chopped walnuts with banana slices
Creamed Kale and Eggs

with leftover biscuits from Saturday night with real butter

Fruit salad with leftover fruit from the week

Roasted Chicken

Homemade Potato salad

Baked Spaghetti Squash with garlic and butter

Perfectly Baked Kale Chips (recipe coming)

Grilled cheese on sourdough with tomato slices

Black Bean Burger with Chipotle Mayo
