  • Soaked oatmeal with bananas and peaches with raw honey on top and raw milk

Dinner

Wednesday

Breakfast

  • Egg in the Hole  use sourdough bread
  • Leftover pastured bacon from last night’s dinner
  • Cantaloupe slices

Dinner

  • Cuban Black Beans & Yellow Rice
  • Top with raw sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and homemade guacamole
  • Brown Rice with fresh cilantro and lime squeezed
  • Broiled/grilled pineapple slices

Thursday

Breakfast

  • Homemade yogurt with honey and strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis
  • Toast and real butter

Dinner

Friday

Breakfast

Dinner

  • Pizza Night! Cheese Pizza with veggies! Kids will create their own.
  • We are going to try grilling the pizza on the grill
  • Grilled veggies

Saturday

Breakfast

  • World’s Best Omelet
  • Leftover Banana Bread from Monday
  • Fruit salad: bananas, kiwis, peaches, blueberries
