Here is our family meal plan for this week. I only plan breakfast and dinners as we tend to eat leftovers for lunch or stick with simple sandwiches and salads and fruit and veggies. Links for some recipes are provided.

Scrambled Eggs with

Soaked Oatmeal  with real butter, raw milk, raw honey, chopped bananas and pecans on top Cheesy Omelet stuffed with sauteed Swiss Chard and grape tomatoes   Homemade Bread Toast with real butter!cantaloupe Homemade Granola with
homemade yogurt and chopped strawberries and kiwi with raw honey
Smoothie:  Healing Strawberry Smoothie Use with toast   and real butter Loaded Egg and Cheese Sandwiches  No mayo on Homemade Bread Orange Slices Caramelized Apple Cinnamon Rolls Hard-boiled eggskiwi slices
Chicken and Rice (Roast two chickens one for dinner tomorrow and one for dinner tonight) with roasted asparagus

This dish was super popular last week with our family!

Treat this week: Homemade Gingerbread Cookies …Think Christmas in July!! And of course, I am in love with making homemade ice cream this summer (I am working on a new vanilla ice cream recipe this week with a healthy chocolate magic shell topping…yes, you heard that right. Sorry to tempt your real food taste buds.)

Snacks this week: fruit: apples with peanut butter, raspberries, grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, Homemade Gummy Stars, pastured grass-fed cheese,  green smoothies made with homemade yogurt, cucumbers, carrot, carrot slices with homemade ranch , and popcorn with coconut oil or butter and real salt (made with our popcorn popper).
