Meal Prep Chocolate Overnight Oats Recipe


1/2 cup rolled oats 1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder (20 grams) 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon cocoa powder pinch salt


1/2 cup almond milk  3 Tablespoons water 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter) 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

STEP 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt to a bowl.

STEP 2: Add Wet Ingredients

Add almond milk, water, peanut butter, and maple syrup.

STEP 3: Spoon into a jar

And refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!  Top with your favorite fruit, more peanut butter, or chocolate chips for a dessert.
