Easy  Healthy  Banana Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3 medium bananas  3 eggs 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

STEP 1: Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
