Quick and Delicious Italian Pasta Salad


12-16 ounces pasta 1 pint cherry tomatoes  8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese 4 ounces salami  3/4 cup sliced black olives  1/2 cup chopped red onion


1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Easy Homemade Italian Dressing

STEP 1: In a mason jar or small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients: olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, minced garlic.

STEP 2: Cook the pasta. Once cooked, drain.  Pour half the dressing over the pasta. Toss to combine and evenly coat the pasta with dressing.

STEP 3: Add all pasta salad ingredients to the pasta.

Just before serving, add the remaining dressing.  So fresh and delicious!
