. Dip each banana into the chocolate dip. When the coconut oil comes into contact with the frozen banana it will cause the chocolate dip to instantly harden creating a chocolate shell. Pretty awesome chemistry. If you desire toppings, now is the time to sprinkle nuts or shredded coconut over the chocolate.
