orange
squeezed

green scallion
chopped

cloves
fresh garlic
minced

bunch
fresh cilantro
chopped

yellow onion
chopped

tomatoes
on the vine, chopped

mango
ripe, diced, or pineapple optional

TB
organic cane sugar
optional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chopped mango and scallion.
Squeeze in juice of one orange.
Add in chopped garlic, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and sugar.
Stir together and enjoy.
