Best Almond Flour Banana Bread

"The bread is amazing! After a fail from another recipe using gluten-free flour I was skeptical.  This recipe so exceeded expectations!"


2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour   1/4 cup arrowroot flour starch   1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3 ripe bananas 3 eggs 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey  1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or a dairy-free yogurt 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


Whisk together dry ingredients. 

Mash the bananas, then add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients. 

Spoon batter into a bread pan.

Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
