INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup arrowroot flour starch 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3 ripe yellow bananas 3 eggs 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt or a dairy-free yogurt 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

STEP 1 In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

STEP 2  In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, maple syrup or honey, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

STEP 4  Bake 60 minutes

Slice and enjoy!  Perfect for a make-ahead breakfast, snack, and healthy treat.
