Simple Braised Short Ribs Recipe

Salt and brown 3 lbs of bone-in short ribs.
Brown the short ribs in a Dutch oven, set aside.
Cut carrots and slice onions. Saute in the pot for 5 minutes.
Add the short ribs back to the pot, along with broth, wine, and rosemary.
Bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat. Cover and place in the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 325F.
Enjoy over mashed or roasted potatoes.
