Easy Parmesan Crisps Recipe

  ONE Ingredient: Parmigiano-Reggiano

  Shred  2 cups of cheese

  Spread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper 

  Bake at 425F for 5 minutes, until golden, melted, bubbly

  Let cool on a cutting board, wipe away any excess oils

  Cut and store for up to 3 days.

  Top on salads, soup, or enjoy as a snack.
