bell peppers olive oil yellow onion garlic cloves ground beef tomato sauce Worcestershire sauce
SALT BLACK PEPPER OREGANO DRIED BASIL RICE MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
Brown the ground beef, add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, and spices.
Cut bell peppers in half, then fill with ground beef mixture.
Top with cheese and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Serve warm. Freezer Make-Ahead Tip: Freeze uncooked peppers and then bake when ready.
