My 6-Week Curriculum:
- Week 1: Prep Week – We’re diving into whole foods nutrition and fasting (a strategy that might sound scary, but it’s super useful for fat loss—I’ll explain why and how to make it work for your body). No big changes yet—just take your baseline data (scale weight, measurements, and photos), grab a food scale to prepare for Week 2, fill out your intake form, and come ready to learn with an open mind!
- Week 2: Calories & Macros 101 – By the start of this week, I’ll send you your custom macros via email, calculated based on your goals and intake form (movement, lifestyle, etc.). I’ll teach you how to track your macros and why calories and macros are KING for fat loss. You’ll also learn about carb cycling, another strategy (like fasting) that’s helpful in a fat loss phase, making fat loss easier to navigate. You’ll start tracking your food with a food scale and plugging it into the app daily. No pressure to hit your macros yet—it’s all about learning and practice. Tracking takes time to get comfy with, but you’ll get better with every try!
- Week 3: Movement for Fat Loss – Keep practicing tracking your food and start getting close to your macro goals each day. This week, you’ll learn about the movement/exercise that’s critical for fat loss and maintaining results—strength training, daily steps, and a bit of cardio. You’ll combine food tracking with daily steps and 3 strength training sessions this week!
- Week 4: How to Nail Your Macros & When to Adjust – Continue tracking your food, improving daily at hitting your macro goals. I’ll share tips for eating out while tracking, mastering macro tracking, managing hunger, and knowing when (and why) to adjust your macros on your fat loss journey.
- Week 5: Measuring Progress with Data – Learn how to track progress using the scale, measurements, photos, and biofeedback to see if you’re shedding fat—and what to do if you’re not. You’ll keep tracking food (hitting macros more precisely), stick to your movement habits (strength training, walking, cardio), and start taking progress data to guide your journey!
- Week 6: Fat Loss and Beyond – We’ll cover how to keep going and maintain your results. You’ll track macros with more confidence and continue movement habits (strength training, walking, cardio). Plus, I’ll show you what’s next—how to keep progressing and maintain your fat loss!
