You look so beautiful and happy, sweet friend! I just wanted to pop on and tell you that you have really made an impact in my life! I have been watching your journey via your posts on IG and here, and finally started my own journey at the beginning of September with a HITT/weight training program and getting back on track with taking care of myself. In just 4 weeks, I am feeling a lot better! I am seriously considering joining Faster Way in January, as I love the idea of the personal coaching aspect and learning more about macro-calorie aspect.
