I’m so excited to share about a topic that I’ve been learning about: syncing with your cycle.
As women, we are unique in that we have a monthly cycle. For most of us, we think of this cycle just once a month when the “bleed days” approach. But there’s actually more to our cycle than just bleed days. There are particular phases a woman’s body moves between throughout the month, and each phase looks different, in terms of energy levels and hormones. It’s important to learn how to sync with and honor this monthly cycle for our hormone health, skin health, and overall energy levels.
