Your First Meal Plan

I’m so excited to share my weekly meal plan with you each Saturday! Here’s a sample meal plan of what you can expect. And follow me on Instagram for daily meal ideas.

This week’s meal plan features some of my favorite meals: leftover chicken nachos, taco bowls, butternut squash soup, and sheet pan ranch chicken and potatoes.

Time-Saving Tips


  • Prep the sausage and sweet potato hash on Sunday. Reheat in a skillet or the microwave for breakfast. Prepare the eggs each morning to serve on the side.
  • Prep the baked oatmeal on Sunday. Enjoy cold or reheated for breakfast.
  • The nachos are made with leftover chicken. Cook a whole chicken on the weekend or buy a pre-made rotisserie chicken, shred, and use the meat to make nachos later in the week.
  • Buy pre-cut butternut squash (in the produce department) for the soup.
